I had a blast working on these! It’s been such an enjoyable process and your EB staff are fabulous!

I wrote 3 original jingles for these 15 second spots and I hope you love them as much as we do.

THINGS TO KNOW:
1) The 30 second spot will be based on which 15 you love the most!
2) During R2 We will also present several different voices for the VO (male and female)
3) You’ll also have options to upgrade to 30 sec spots for all 3 concepts for an additional rate, if desired.

Jenny stops her car in the parking lot, looks at her phone. Someone or something on her phone is telling her that Snapdragon now has drive-thru! She looks up again, and there on the Snapdragon building is an angelic sign that reads DRIVE-THRU. Cut to Jenny pulling through the drive thru. As soon as she reaches for the bag that the lady in the drive thru window is handing her BOOM she’s back in nature, hiking. It’s a match-cut. She looks surprised and then excited like she doesn’t even know how she got back so quickly. All this is happening as the VO reads “Snapdragon now has drive-thru. So you can get back to… more important things.”

Someone or something on his phone is telling him that Snapdragon Hemp now has drive-thru! He looks up again, and there on the Snapdragon building is an angelic sign that reads DRIVE-THRU. Cut to Hunter pulling through the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru window is handing him a bag and as soon as he grabs it BOOM he’s back in his basement playing video games, with his products from Snapdragon. It’s a match-cut. He looks surprised and then excited like he doesn’t even know how he got back so quickly. All this is happening as the VO reads “Snapdragon now has drive-thru. So you can get back to …more important things.”

She looks surprised and then excited like she doesn’t even know how she got back so quickly. All this is happening as the VO reads “Snapdragon now has drive-thru. So you can get back to …what you do best.”

DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT

Hi Josh and Ariel. I am very glad Olivia sent you my way. SnapDragon is exactly the kind of brand I’m excited to work on. WHY? Because of the nature of the product and brand, there’s opportunity to have lots of creative freedom creating witty, off-the-wall ads utilizing my writing-partner’s specialty with a background in improv with companies in NYC and London.


MY RECENT HISTORY

Since working as a camera op for the last 13 years on branded content for brands like Disney, Microsoft, Gatorade, Mazda… I was exposed to expert directing, thanks to my mentor Chusy, who’s ad campaign “Colorblind” won multiple Lion awards at Cannes.

6 years ago I stepped out of the cinematographer role to start directing short films (in the format of music videos). I’ve helped artists like Stephen Wilson Jr grow from 2 thousand subscribers on YouTube to 150k followers.

I’ve helped large public companies like Miller Industries Towing Equipment grow from a couple hundred subscribers on YouTube to 28k subscribers.

THE VISION

I’m excited to make ads that people want to share with their friends.

Successful ads often fall in one of these categories:
• relatable situations that are funny/witty.
• shocking
• bizarre

TO AI OR NOT TO AI

AI ad example

There is a world where we utilize AI to generate your first commercial.

An example could look like… a person pulls up to the drive through to pick up his order… they roll down the window and instead of being greeted by a friendly human staff person they’re greeted by a friendly dragon who snaps her fingers and POP - the customer has their product in hand. The customer blinks once and stares in awe at this friendly mythological creature. The dragon snaps her fingers again and now the customer is back at home, exactly where they left off (whether that be watching TV, painting a canvas or bouldering in Little Rock City.

THE snapdragon MUSIC VIDEO CONCEPT

The example below features the fish eye lens look.

This concept would fall under either the PREMIUM or DEULXE package.

The first step would be me interviewing you and gathering lyrical content
The second step would be choosing the genre and writing the song
After presenting the demo and getting that approved…
The third step would be presenting an artist to you for approval (as the performer)
The fourth step would be recording the vocals with said artist
The fifth step would be mixing and mastering

Finally we would then film a music video for the song focusing on 10s and 30s for socials as well as a full version for Youtube
As an example of creative: the artist wouldn’t just be filmed in a studio environment but could also be filmed and he’s going through the drive-thru
A great example of perfectly scripted scenes that blend together flawlessly see - “HoeDown” by OTD.

As we all know, music is the universal language and incredibly powerful tool to get a message across.
This might be something we could visit again later if at first we want to focus on narrative storytelling (non-musical form)

What does BASIC PACKAGE get me?

The “Basic Package” would get you a great looking “doc-style” 30 second ad

If the focus was DRIVE THRU… I would show up and film events as they happened with real people, unstaged.
Then take the best footage from the day and edit together b-roll and write and record a VO to accompany the footage. Add music.

• no actors or paid talent (only staff or friends of yours who are willing to be on camera)
• no scripted lines
• no crew (gaffer, sound guy, 1st AC, production assistants…etc)

What does “PREMIuM PACKAGE” get me?

The “Premium Package” would allow us to really have fun with writing the ads, casting talent, having a crew
to produce a 30 second ad and multiple short deliverables from the content we capture.

What does “DeluxE” package get me?

With the Deluxe package we move into a tier that is closer to world-class production realm.
I’d be able to hire the same crew that I’ve worked on for ads that cost 100s of thousands.
I’d be able to give you the full client treatment with pre-production including storyboards and creative decks.
We would be able to hire talent from pools of hundreds of actors submitting for the roles.

When?

We are aiming at Monday Dec 8, 2025.
